
Any employee of the company may use the BOS services and resources at any time to elicit help with a wide variety of issues that include, but are not limited to:
Any manager may refer an employee to BOS for any of the issues listed in the Employee Self-Referrals. Employees follow-up with the program is voluntary however with a written permission from the employee BOS is able to evidence employees participation.
Any manager may use BOS for professional consultation purposes to assist them in enhancing the managers performance as well as that of their respective departments.
BOS offers a variety of scheduled in-services, presentations, and training programs for employees and managers.
Members of management and executive management teams may request in-services, presentations, and training programs focused on specific issues that are especially pertinent to the organization in general, or any department within the organization in particular.
Any member of the Executive Management Team may refer their managers to BOS for any of the issues listed in the Employee Self-Referrals, as well as such issues as:

Individual and group consulting sessions are offered to members of executive teams for any topics listed in the Self-Referral section AND Executive Management Referrals section, as well as any other business-related issues in a as customized executive coaching format.
